Premier on its way to launch the Diesel Multijet model of its new 2012 Premier Rio in India.2012 model of Premier Rio was launched at the Auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi with a lot of facelift features including all-new headlamps, tail-lamps, bumpers and new interiors.
The upcoming version of Premier Rio ie the Rio Diesel Multijet powered by a 1.3 litre, Multijet Diesel engine capable of producing a maximum power of 87 bhp @ 4000 rpm and a peak torque of 200 Nm @ 2000 rpm. The Rio Multijet includes a 5 speed manual gear box.
The new Premier Rio Diesel Multijet variant will be expected to hit Indian market soon with an expected price tag of about Rs. 7.7 lakh.
