German Automaker Audi recently introduced the diesel variant of its SUV, Audi Q5 in Indian market.The new Audi Q5 diesel comes with a price tag of Rs.3,905,000 (ex-showroom Maharashtra).

The new Audi Q5 diesel variant includes a 2.0 TDI q diesel engine generates a maximum of 170 horsepower and a peak torque of  350 Nm @ 1,750 rpm.The engine is mated to a seven-speed automatic 'S tronic' transmission.The new engine provides higher efficiency and dynamic performance.

Audi Q5 diesel engine is capable of attaining a top speed of 204.0 km/h (126.8 mph) add takes 9.5 seconds to reach the 0-100kmph mark.The mileage offered by the new diesel variant of Audi Q5 is 6.7 litres/100 km.

Volvo recently announced the launch date of their all new Volvo S60 sedan in Indian market.According to the official announcement the new Volvo S60 will hit India by the coming 10th of this month ie march 2011.

The report also reveals that the new Volvo S60 will bring both petrol and diesel engine to India: petrol T6 engine and diesel D5 engine.The diesel engine will be a 2.4L Five-Cylinder, Turbo Charged diesel engine that generates a maximum power of 205 bhp and a peak torque of  400 Nm @ 1750 rpm. The T6 petrol engine is expected to provide a maximum power of 304 bhp. 

The new Volvo S60 has a top speed of 250 kmph and takes just 6.5 seconds to reach the 0-100 kmph mark.

Volvo S60 Price Details:

The new Volvo S60 diesel variant is expected to come around Rs 30 lakhs and the Volvo S60 petrol model will be price about Rs 34 lakhs.

Audi A8 Launched in India Price, Review, Specifications

Audi India recently launched their luxurious car Audi A8 in Indian market.The new Audi A8 comes available in both petrol and diesel models.In India Audi A8 will compete with Benz S class and BMW 7 Series.

The two models available in India now are the 4.2L V8 petrol engine and the 3.0L diesel engine.Audi also announced that the most powerful 6.3L 493Bhp powered petrol engine will be introduced in India by the end of this year 2011.

The petrol model now made available is a 4163cc SFI V8 petrol engine providing a maximum power of 367Bhp @ 6800 rpm and a peak torque of 445Nm @ 3500 rpm.The top speed of this engine is 250kmph.With V8 petrol engine Audi A8 takes just 5.7seconds to reach 0-100kmph.

The diesel model  houses a 2995cc TDI diesel engine providing 247Bhp @ 4850-6500rpm maximum power and the maximum torque is 420Nm @ 3500rpm.The top speed of Audi A8 with this diesel engine is 243kmph and takes 6.1seconds to reach 0-100kmph. 

New Audi A8 comes included with all the safety features like anti-theft technology, 8 full body protective Airbags, New Audi pre sense safety system and other features like auto headlamps, 4 wheel drive, Adaptive air suspension, Audi drive select facility, Advanced MMI operating system, Navigation control with Google map..etc.

Hyundai i40 unveiled Details, Specifications

Hyundai motors at the ongoing 2011 Geneva Motor show presented their all new Hyundai i40.The new Hyundai i40 is much like to a wagon form of Hyundai Sonata.Its said that the new Hyundai i40 is designed specially for European markets which is a sad news for its lovers in Other markets especially in India.

The new Hyundai i40 will be presented in both petrol and diesel models.The diesel model packs a 1.7-litre diesel unit codenamed 'UII' will provide greater mileage (fuel economy) and will produce just 113 grams of CO2 per kilometre as said by Hyundai.

The petrol model is expected to house a new 2.0-litre petrol engine which is different from the currently using 2.0-litre petrol engine and provides better fuel economy and less CO2 emision.The new 2.0-litre petrol engine is coded as 'Nu'.

According to Hyundai the new i40 will hit European markets by the 2nd half of this year and we could hope they will change their decision and will launch i40 in Indian market later.Let's wait and watch...

Italian Automaker Lamborghini recently outed the details of their upcoming supercar, named Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4.

The new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 houses a 6.5-liter V12 engine with an AWD layout that produces 700 HP 8,250 rpm with a peak torque of 509 lb-ft at 5,500 rpm and comes in all wheel drive (4 wheel drive) platform which is the significance of '4'in its name.The engine is mated to a new Independent Shifting Rod(ISR) seven-speed single clutch automated manual gearbox that combines quick shift time with manual shifting.With the inbuilt powerful V12 engine Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 takes just 2.8 seconds to cross the 0-60 mph mark and could attain a top speed of 217 mph.

Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 comes in 13 color options.The supercar has a length of 4.78 meter with 2.26 meter width and is just 1.136 meter high.The other Fetures of Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 includes ABS, electronic brake distribution, anti-slip control, speed-dependent servo-tronic steering, hill start assist and, of course, ESP stability control, electronically adjustable rear spoiler and the side air intakes.The driver is provided to select three mode driver preference that includes Strada (road), Sport and Corsa (track).

The new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 will hit market for sale by late summer 2011 with a price tag of $379.700(255,000 euro).

Hyundai i30 India Launch Details

After the great success of i10 and i20 in Indian market Hyundai India now on its way to bring the 3rd one in the 'i' series, named Hyundai i30.The new Hyundai i30 is already available in Europe and other markets and bags various awards.

Although official confirmation is yet to be made, its expected that the new Hyundai i30 will be available in India by July 2011 with an expected price tag of around 8 lakh.

Hyundai i30 is expected to come in both petrol and diesel variants, ranging from 90 to 140 horsepower and also with automatic and manual transmission.The hatchback includes high safety features like dual front, side, and curtain airbags.Hyundai i30 also features a spacious interior with a luggage space of about 340 liters.
