Toyota recently introduced the sedan model of much heard Toyota Etios in India.The hatchback version ie Toyota Etios Liva will hit Indian roads by march 2011.The new Toyota Etios sedan version comes in four variants with a price ranging between 4.96 lakh and Rs 6.86 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

• Toyota Etios J - Rs. 4,96,000.00
• Toyota Etios G - Rs. 5,46,000.00
• Toyota Etios G Option - 5,96,000.00
• Toyota Etios V - Rs. 6,41,000.00
• Toyota Etios VX - Rs. 6,86,000.00

Toyota started taking the booking of new Toyota Etios from December 1st onwards with an advance of Rs.50000 and Toyota India states that the delivery will starts from January 2011.

All versions of Toyota Etios comes powered with 1496cc, 4 cylinder in-line petrol engine producing 89 Bhp @ 5600 rpm maximum power and 132 Nm @ 3000 rpm peak torque.The sedan model includes 5 speed Manual transmission.

Eventhough the basic variant Toyota Etios J price just Rs. 4,96,000.00 its very much basic in its features because it lacks even the power steering, power windows and remote central locking options.So wait and watch how much this affect the base model sale.


The top variant Toyota Etios VX includes a lot of features like Dual SRS airbags and ABS with EBD safety measures, Air conditioning, power steering, power windows, remote central locking, Double DIN music system, Steering mounted audio controls, Alloy wheels, Cooled glovebox, Rear defogger, Fog lamps, body colored door handles, rear view mirrors.
