BMW India launched its 2012 model of their BMW 3 Series that runs on Diesel engine. The new BMW 2012 New 3 Series Diesel Sedan now available in India with a price tag of around 30 lakh Indian Rupees.
The New 2012 3 Series car comes powered with a 1995cc, 4 cyl Diesel engine capable of generation a maximum power out of 181 Bhp @ 4000 rpm with a peak torque of 380 Nm @ 1750 rpm.The engine is mated with a 6 gear Automatic transmission.The new diesel 3 Series has a Ground Clearance of 161.00 mm and weighs 1445.00 kgs.
New 2012 BMW 3 Series with 2litre engine can attain a top speed of 233 Kmph. The Diesel engine provides a mileage of 16.00 kmpl. in Highway rides and almost City 9.00 kmpl. in City drives.The fuel tank capacity of 2012 BMW 3 Series is 61 litres.
