Maruti Suzuki on its way to introduce its all new mini SUV named Maruti Suzuki Jimny soon in Indian market.The new Maruti Suzuki Jimny is expected to hit Indian by the first part of this year 2011.Eventhough its much heard about the launch of new Maruti Suzuki Jimny in India but there is no official confirmation about the lauch details made yet.
Maruti Suzuki Jimny comes powered with a 1461cc, DDiS, 4 Cylinder Diesel Engine with a maximum power of 85 Bhp @ 3750 rpm and a peak torque of 200 Nm @ 1750 rpm.The engine is mated to a 5 gear manual transmission.The 4 seater SUV is fitted with 3-link rigid axle with coil spring suspension.Suzuki Jimny includes disk break at front and the back break is of drum.
New Maruti Suzuki Jimny has a ground clearance of 190 mm and a fuel tank capacity of 40 litres.
The new Maruti Suzuki Jimny is expected to price around 7 lakh Indian Rupees.
