BMW India at the recently held Auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi launched its much-awaited Luxurious Hatchback, named Mini Cooper in Indian market.India is the 100th market of Mini Cooper.

The new Mini Cooper in India will be available in 4 variants: Mini Cooper, Cooper S, Cooper Convertible and Cooper Countryman.The India price tag of Mini Cooper varies from 25 lakh to 32 lakh depending upon the variants.

The new Mini Cooper variants will be available with 2 engine options: 1.6 litre petrol engine and 1.6 litre turbo-charged petrol engine.

Mini Cooper and Cooper Convertible comes with the 1.6 litre petrol engine capable of generating a maximum power of 122 bhp at 6000 rpm with a peak torque of 163 nm at 4250 rpm.The other two variants Mini Cooper S and Mini Cooper Countryman comes included with a turbo charged 1.6 petrol engine which produces a maximum power of 184 bhp at 5500 rpm with maximum torque of 244 nm at 1600 rpm.

Mahindra restarted the booking of its all new SUV, named Mahindra XUV500 which was launched in september 2011.The booking will start from 25th January and will be continued for the next 10 days.You could book the SUV in any of Mahindra's showroom for a booking price of 80,000 Rs.

Lets take a look into the details of the new Mahindra XUV500.The new Mahindra XUV500 comes avaialable in 3 variants : W6 4x2, W8 4x2 and W8 4x4 (all-wheel drive) with the base model price tag of Rs. 11.10 lakhs.

The new Mahindra XUV500 comes powered with a 2179cc, mhawk140 diesel engine capable of producing a maximum power of 140 Bhp @ 3750 rpm  and a peak torque of 330 Nm @ 1600 rpm.The new Mahindra XUV500 gives a mileage of 15.10 kmpl in highway rides and 11.00 kmpl in city drives.

Ford EcoSport India launch Price, Details

Ford Motors, at the recently held Auto Expo 2012 displayed their upcoming stylish mini SUV, named Ford EcoSport.The new Ford EcoSport is expected to hit Indian by the later end part of the year with an economical price tag of around  7-9 lakh rupees.

Ford EcoSport is said to be powered by EcoBoost engines which will help in providing better mileage and reliability.The new Ford EcoSport SUV will be available in both engine options: Diesel and petrol.But initially the SUV comes available with the diesel engine which is 1.5 litre unit diesel engine capable of providing a maximum power of 90 bhp.The petrol version will be powered with a 1.0 litre EcoBoost engine which is expected to generate maximum power of 118 bhp and maximum torque of 170 nm. 

About the price details:The new Ford EcoSport SUV Diesel will be available with a price tag of around 9 lakh and the Ford EcoSport petrol priced 8.5 lakh Rupees.

Renault Pulse Launched in India Price, Specifications

Renault India recently introduced its all new small car, named Renault Pulse in Indian market.The new Renault Pulse is based on V-platform and will be available in both versions of diesel and petrol.But the initial available is the diesel version which will be followed later by the petrol version.The base model of Renault Pulse diesel (RxL) has been priced at Rs. 5.77 lakhs.

The new Renault Pulse is having more similarities with the Nissan Micra which is also based on the V-platform.There exist a lot of similarities in the interior as well as exterior design of Nissan Micra.Even the engine used by the Renault Pulse is same as which is already used by the Nissan Micra.

New Renault Pulse will be available in both diesel and petrol variants but will initially be available in diesel version.The diesel engine is a 1461cc, 4 cylinder diesel engine capable of generating a maximum power of 75 bhp with maximum torque of 104 nm where as the petrol version is a 1198cc, 3 cylinder petrol engine which provides a maximum power of 64 bhp with a  peak torque of 160 nm both is already used by Nissan Micra.

Tata at the Auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi launched its all new Safari version, named Tata Safari Storme.The new Tata Safari Storme is based on the  Aria crossover platform and is featured with a lot of advanced safety mesures.Tata Safari Storme will be available in both 2WD and 4WD versions and the base model will be price around 12 lakh.

Yamaha India introduced a special edition bike at the Auto Expo 2012, named Yamaha R15 Limited Edition Fiery Red.The new Yamaha R15 Limited Edition Fiery Red as the name indicates painted in stylish grphics in red shade with flame decals.The company announced that only 4000 units of the limited edition model will be manufactured.The price of the Yamaha R15 Limited Edition Fiery Red will be around Rs. 1.10 lakhs (ex-showroom) which is about Rs. 3000-3500 costlier than the regular version.

Suzuki India recently introduced a new 125cc gearless scooter, named Suzuki Swish at the Auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi.The new Suzuki Swish will be priced around Rs. 45,000(ex-showroom) and is expected to be available in Indian market via all the Suzuki dealerships from March 2012.

Maruthi's New MUV - Maruti Ertiga India Launch Details

Maruti Suzuki India on its way to introduce its all new 7-seater MUV named Maruti Ertiga, soon in India.The new Maruti Ertiga will launch at the 2012 auto expo in New Delhi.The new Maruti Ertiga will be available both in petrol and diesel variants with an affordable base price tag between 7-8 lakh.
